Exclusive Units
The Exclusive Units are ready-to-go offices available in two sizes. Each unit is well-appointed with numerous data sockets, power points and phone sockets. Office furniture can easily be provided, and any special requirements can generally be accommodated. Up to 6 direct-dial numbers can be provided per unit. Access is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Personal Workspaces
Based on the popular Hot-desk system, Personal Workspaces are an affordable, accessible alternative to leasing a complete unit. Workspaces are available at an hourly rate or can be leased as a permanent home for your business. A direct-dial phone number and mailbox is provided with each workspace. Plus all the advantages of the Reception and Administration services are included.

Meeting room
Our Meeting Room is available at an hourly or daily rate and for residential clients, flexible access to the facility is included at no extra cost. The room can accommodate up to 10 people and comes equipped with everything needed for those important conferences, including:

A 42" plasma display screen
Broadband access
Flipcharts and whiteboards.

Informal breakout space
For less formal occasions, the gallery area provides a more relaxed setting, with comfortable seating, attractive art on the walls and tea and coffee facilities close at hand. Wired and wireless broadband connection is available along with anything else you require.

The balcony is another useful space for more informal get-togethers, providing the climate is sufficiently temperate. Broadband connection can be achieved wirelessly and the seating can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people. A large awning can provide shelter from light rainfall or respite from the sun during summer months. The balcony is a prime vantage point to the vast development at Eagle's Meadow, an intriguing vision of Wrexham's future in the making.
