Rob Hopkins has been servicing a broad range of client’s since 1997 working with Bank of Scotland and Barclays Financial Management then established HL Financial as an independent in 2004. During this period Rob has achieved Advanced Planning certificate in Taxation and Trusts and is a member of Personal Finance Society.

Richard Taylor has enjoyed two successful careers split evenly over the last 30 years between the large Corporate Investment Banking Sector and secondly running his own businesses and now working as an independent business consultant.
