What is The Foundry?

The building is an impressive Victorian structure, nestled between the historic St Giles Church and the new £120m Eagle’s Meadow development. Beneath the traditional façade the building is equipped with all the modern conveniences of a 21st Century workspace.

Our award-winning restoration project is already home to several innovative and vibrant individuals and companies, but limited office space is still available for those who feel they could be part of this exciting new project. Take a walk through...

Walk through the front door at The Foundry and enter The Gallery area where Wrexham’s up-and-coming young artists regularly exhibit their work. Here you will find informal meeting space and a member of The Foundry team to guide you through the building and help with any administration problems you may have.

Ascend the stairs to the first floor, home to eight ready-to-go personal workspaces. It’s an environment where creative individuals can combine resources to everyone’s advantage, and benefit from reception and administration services without the need for recruitment expenditure. People that would otherwise toil in a lonely room at home can now operate in a thriving office environment. Also on this floor is the fully equipped boardroom, for those important client meetings.

Up to the top floor, The Foundry is home to various cutting-edge companies, running their businesses from their own exclusive office unit. Moving in was easy, without the initial capital outlay, and they enjoy the simplicity of one, all-inclusive monthly bill. It’s like a networking club every day of the week, with useful contacts on the doorstep.
